These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Limitless Gym Oakham ("the Gym", "we", "us", "our"). By joining, accessing, or using the Gym and its facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
Gym usage is permitted for members aged 16 years or older.
Individuals aged 13–16 years may train only when supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
Sunbed use is strictly 18+.
Proof of age and identity may be required.
Memberships are non-transferable.
2. Membership Types & Access
Membership options, prices, and access levels are outlined at the point of sign-up.
Access may be restricted during maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Opening hours may change; reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
3. Payments & Fees
Membership fees are payable in advance.
Monthly memberships are collected via recurring payment.
Failed or missed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.
We reserve the right to review and amend pricing with prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Freezes
Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with your membership agreement.
Minimum membership terms (if applicable) must be completed before cancellation.
Membership freezes may be available for medical or exceptional circumstances, subject to approval.
5. Health & Safety
Members must complete a health declaration before using the Gym.
You train at your own risk.
If you have any medical conditions, you should seek medical advice before training.
Proper gym attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
Members must use equipment correctly and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Use of the Gym and its equipment is entirely at your own risk.
Limitless Gym Oakham is not responsible for injury, illness, or death except where caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Code of Conduct
Members must:
Treat staff and other members with respect
Not harass, intimidate, or abuse others
Not bring illegal substances or alcohol onto the premises
Not misuse or damage equipment
Re-rack weights and maintain cleanliness
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct without refund.
8. Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for convenience only.
Items are left at your own risk.
Lockers must be cleared daily unless otherwise stated.
9. CCTV & Security
CCTV operates throughout the Gym for safety and security.
Footage may be reviewed where incidents occur.
10. Sunbeds (If Applicable)
Sunbed use is strictly 18+.
Users must complete a sunbed consent form before use.
Use is at the member’s own risk.
Protective eyewear must be worn.
We reserve the right to refuse access where safety guidelines are not followed.
11. Photography & Filming
Photography or filming for commercial purposes requires prior written consent.
CCTV and security recording is in operation.
By entering the Gym, you consent to incidental appearance in marketing content unless you notify us in writing.
12. Membership Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate memberships without refund if:
These Terms & Conditions are breached
Payments are not made
Behaviour poses a risk to others or the Gym
13. Changes to Facilities or Services
Equipment and services may change at any time.
Temporary closures or limitations do not entitle members to refunds unless legally required.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on request or on our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
